The amana group traces its origins to 1979, when operations began as an advertising photography production company. During the subsequent 10 years, we expanded into the digital image production and stock photography businesses. However, it was during the 1990s that we laid the foundations for amana’s position as a leading visual solutions company. Since 2000, we have continued on our path of growth through efficient, consistent production that contributes to communications in society. Our scope has expanded to embrace planning and design through to production and database management and operation for photographic, computer graphic, video and other visual contents used in a variety of communications media, including advertising and publishing, website promotion and television commercials.

In recent years, our operating environment had changed dramatically as a result of such factors as the rapid advancement of digital media and spread of telecommunications networks. Cross-media, attuned to the diversification of user values, has bolstered communications demand. In addition, visual production has been characterized by higher quality, faster production and more competitive prices, amid intensified calls for the safety and security of information. The amana group believes that adapting to these changes necessitates the digitization of its materials and technologies, and of its workflow, to bolster efficiency and enhance safety. We are aiming to establish a workflow that is in step with the digital age and that maximizes the powerful expressive capacity and extensive expertise we have cultivated over 30 years.

Just as the word “man” occupies the center stage of the “amana” logo, people are at the heart of the amana group’s business. The amana group’s competitive edge is tempered by commitment to the persistent representational power of every employee, by creativity that is intrinsic to the “amana” name, and by flexibility in our reactions to ongoing changes. In the future, we shall continue to respond with sensitivity to the changing times and adapt with “digital” as the keyword of our approach.
